• High School Diploma or GED
   
• Formal specialized, short-term training in basic patient care (CNA, Med. Asst., Military medical training, EMT-B, NA, HHA, Nursing student who has completed a skills lab) or at least 6 months experience in direct patient care required

The Nurse Tech I performs basic patient care activities under the direction of a licensed nurse. Collects data, assists patients with activities of daily living and documents actions in patient record.
