The Front Desk Supervisor at a hospital plays a pivotal role as a point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. Supervises daily activities in the front lobby of Presbyterian Hospital in relation to the information desk. Ensure visitors are greeted in a professional manner to make their visit to the Presbyterian Hospital a positive experience. Efficiently handle inquiries and ensure a smooth flow of people in and out of the hospital. Additionally, the front desk supervisor often plays a crucial function in connecting and collaborating with various departments throughout the organization.
