Now hiring a Revenue Cycle Business Partner-Associate!
This position is the key liaison to the assigned business unit leaders in all aspects of the revenue cycles processes and is required to work both independently and side-by-side with business unit staff to implement recommendations and achieve focused results.. This position has an understanding of aspects of the revenue cycle, including Patient Access, Health Information Management, Revenue Management and Patient Accounting. This position s primary job duties are to interact with and jointly develop appropriate business practices that support the respective area. These duties can include development and monitoring of patient charge capture protocols and the feedback to the unit leader of adherence to these practices, identification of revenue cycle vulnerabilities, bridges technology and processes, and optimizes the use of software when applicable. Additionally, this position will assist in coordinating resolution of business issues that impact the revenue cycle process including analyzing and presenting data, and communicating progress clearly and concisely

Ideal Candidate:Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as, but not limited to, Business and or Health Administration, Nursing or other Clinically oriented position. 6 yrs of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree. Plus 2 years of experience in healthcare related enterprise or other Finance or Patient Financial Services related field required.
