Summary:
The Oncology Research Lead will have responsibility for the research department and will be a resource to the other site-specific research nurses and or research support team as well as supporting management in both problem resolution and coordination of the daily operational needs. * The Oncology Research Lead acts as an advocate for patients on clinical research trials and will serve as the primary point of contact for the research department, operations, and staff. *Promoting effective resource utilization; assuming a leadership role with the multidisciplinary team to achieve an optimal clinical outcome.

Qualifications

*Associates Degree in Nursing

 *State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License

 *BLS certification REQUIRED at at time or hire

 *Clinical and or Regulatory research experience preferred
 *SOCRA or ACRP certification preferred but not required
