As the PLANT SERVICES employee in the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT you'll perform minor and major equipment and building repairs to keep the physical plant operational and safe.
Plumbers:
Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems and make necessary repairs.
Install fixtures such as sinks, faucets, and toilets.
Provide estimates for plumbing services and complete required documentation.
HVAC Technicians:
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Perform regular inspections to ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and make necessary repairs.
Install and replace HVAC components, such as compressors, heat exchangers, and thermostats.
Provide routine maintenance services, including cleaning and adjusting systems for optimal performance.
Electricians:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
Install and replace electrical wiring, outlets, fixtures, and control systems.
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
