Presbyterian is seeking a Food Aide to join our team.
As a food aide you will collect dietary orders from patient areas and create worksheets for cooks and staff. You'll prepare tray slips, assemble patient trays, and make coffee, toast, jell-o, salads, desserts, and snacks. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and serving customers in the cafeteria dining room, preparing cold food items for patients and staff, and cleaning and sanitizing various areas throughout the department. You'll prepare nourishments and snacks as directed, retrieve and clean carts and trays after meals, wash dishes, and sanitize equipment. Additionally, you'll assist with catering, support inventory control, and stock nourishment and break areas.
