Presbyterian is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients in an Outpatient Clinic. Common responsibilities include preparing the patient for the visit, maintaining efficient patient flow, assisting the provider with treatments and procedures, medication administration, support for clerical functions to include scheduling, referrals, authorization and in-basket support with the EMR.

Type of Opportunity: Full Time (1.0 FTE/40 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
*Associates of Science in Nursing required
*Bachelors degree preferred.
*RN-NM, Current licensure in New Mexico as a registered nurse
*1-2 years experience (2 years preferred), in critical care, interventional cardiology/electrophysiology lab or cardiac step-down unit.
*Strong cardiology background preferred.
*BLS certification & ACLS certification required
*Completion of a professional CIED program through Arrhythmia Technologies Institute (ATI), PrepMD or similar program preferred.
*CIED management experience preferred
*International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) certification desirable
*Prefer Cardiac experience
*BLS Certification required at time of hire.
