Presbyterian is seeking an Manager, IT Services that is responsible for the management of one or more IT services, to include the implementation, support and enhancement, as well as the aligned customer relationships. The role is responsible for effectively analyzing, planning, organizing, and leading teams while managing risk, workload, scope, resource capacity, schedule, and budget. In addition, this role is responsible for managing all process documentation for their owned services, as well as support and oversight of all enhancements to those processes.
In addition to the responsibilities for their owned applications, this role is a contributor to overall IT process/policy changes and has the authority to provide recommendations for processes/policies to be submitted to IT senior leadership for final approval. This role is responsible for their teams adherence to the organizations and departments processes and policies.
Provides input to IT leadership for forecasting costs and benefits related to process improvement goals. This position also works closely with project sponsors, business and technical partners, subject matter experts, end users, technical resources (internal and third-party vendors), senior management, and executives in the delivery and support of applications that ensure that the needs of business users are fully addressed, and continuous improvement is being achieved
This role aligns enterprise application strategy in support of the business strategy. The IT manager works in an integrated fashion with the cross functional IT areas and business stakeholders.
