Now hiring a Senior RPA Engineer!


The senior RPA engineer plays a critical role in creating bots as part of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives within the organization. This role combines solution and technical expertise in process automation to identify, analyze and validate the business processes for automation using RPA technology. The RPA engineer works to automate both system and human processes to reduce manual steps, increase accuracy, and solve problems through the use of automation.

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Experience with UI Path
  • Experience with Power Automate
  • QA experience
  • AI experience
  • Document generation AI experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus. (6 years can be substituted for a bachelors degree)
  • 8 years of experience in IT industry
  • 4 years of RPA Implementation & experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere or PowerAutomate as a Primary skill
  • (Preferred) - UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA)
  • (Preferred) - UiPath Certified Automation Developer Professional
  • (Preferred) - Automation Anywhere Certified RPA Professional
  • (Nice to have) - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals IPA Skills:
  • (Preferred) - Introductory ML Knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning concepts, including supervised vs. unsupervised learning.
  • (Nice to have) - Ability to incorporate AI/ML algorithms into RPA workflows, enhancing automation capabilities. (Preferred) - Utilize data analytics tools to derive insights from automated processes.

 

 

Responsibilities


RPA Maturity: Understand advanced RPA concepts, including how automation can improve and accelerate business outcomes.
RPA Technology Optimization: Ensure our RPA technologies are used to their maximum potential. Ensure our bot designs are sound. Implement continuous improvement disciplines on the team.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing RPA solutions and drive continuous improvement.
API Integration: Knowledge of integrating third-party APIs into automation processes.
