Presbyterian is seeking an RN Patient Flow Coordinator who will work under the leadership of the Nursing Director. As an RN Patient Flow Coordinator, you will play a critical role in optimizing patient flow and ensuring efficient and effective care delivery within the healthcare facility. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring timely access to necessary services and resources. Your responsibilities will include monitoring bed availability, managing patient placement, and resolving any barriers to patient flow. You will serve as a liaison between clinical staff, physicians, and administrative departments to facilitate smooth and coordinated patient transitions.

• Associate Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred
• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
• BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
• 2 years experience as a clinical nurse
Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to optimize patient flow and resource utilization.
Monitor bed availability and manage patient placement to ensure timely access to care.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and resolve barriers to patient flow.
