Presbyterian is seeking a Medical Staff Credentialing Coordinator that supports the Medical and Allied Health Staff credentialing/primary sourcing verification program by coordinating and developing internal processes in order to meet requirements of federal and state regulatory and national accreditation agencies. Monitors timeliness of processes and provides feedback and/or reports to the appropriate manager. Audits accuracy of data entry in the credentialing database and provides feedback to appropriate internal and external customers.
They serve as a trusted subject matter expert across PHS departments and facilities, particularly in the areas of initial and reappointment applications and privileging. With a strong understanding of Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations, they ensure full compliance while supporting the daily workflow of the CVO.
This candidate collaborates effectively with leadership to develop policies and procedures that align with regulatory and accreditation standards. They are also skilled in managing special projects, demonstrating initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in credentialing operations.

They proactively investigate concerns, follow up as needed, and prepare clear, actionable reports for the Manager of Medical Staff Affairs (MSA) or the Manager of the Credentials Verification Organization (CVO).
