Presbyterian Healthcare is hiring a Supervisor-Noninvasive Cardio Inpatient to manage EKG Services across Presbyterian Delivery System under the Director of Cardiovascular Services for Hospital and PMG EKG support

Associates degree + 5 years of experience

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree, 3 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Plus Five years of clinical/technical experience required, cardiology setting preferred.
  • Planning and coordinating organizational change
  • Anticipating & Addressing Customer Needs
  • Educating Employees, Customers & Transferring Knowledge
  • Acquiring & Applying Superior Skills to achieve Quality Outcomes
  • Function as an Effective Team Member, interact with customers to understand their needs and explain data.
  • Microsoft Office; GE Muse
  • Communicate effectively in person and via telephone with members, employer groups

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensures efficient and effective departmental operations, including quality control, patient safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Implements strategies and programs to deliver new technologies and services and to enhance the level of care available to patients.
  • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
  • Oversees and assists CVL Non Invasive Manager with ordering, purchase orders, Volume, Revenue and budgets.
  • Has full authority for personnel actions.
  • Extensive knowledge of department processes for EKG and Echo
  • Provides 24/7 on call support for Ancillary MUSE, MUSE Support and EKG
