Presbyterian Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Accountant to play a key role in our financial operations. In this role, you will prepare and assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other critical financial reports related to month-end close.
Beyond financial reporting, you will analyze trends, support internal and external audits, and contribute to operational improvement initiatives. You will also assist with budget preparation and respond to ad hoc requests, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

Performs routine and corrective journal entries, as well as account reconciliations, for complex accounting areas. Assists in conducting periodic detailed reviews of general ledger accounts and ensures necessary adjustments are made.
Oversees the monthly close process, ensuring all steps are completed on schedule. Communicates closure status to relevant departments and verifies timely completion of all required tasks. Generates monthly financial reports, including revenue and expense analysis, as well as budget-to-actual comparisons.
