Presbyterian is hiring a Patient Visit Specialist to support the Hospice team with visit closure activities to coordinate patient care while providing an exceptional patient experience for the successful completion of the next steps ordered by the clinician.

The ideal candidate brings comprehensive knowledge of medical and allied health staff credentialing processes and requirements. They proactively investigate concerns, follow up as needed, and prepare clear, actionable reports for the Manager of Medical Staff Affairs (MSA) or the Manager of the Credentials Verification Organization (CVO).
