Now hiring a Procure to Pay Analyst


Responsible for analyzing and optimizing the entire procurement to pay process within the company using the ERP software platform, including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier, invoices, payment, Expense/card transaction data, and ensuring compliance with company policies, all while utilizing ERP features and functionalities to streamline operations and identify areas for process improvement.

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Bachelors degree required in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 
  • Familiarity with Workday's P2P modules, including Purchase Order Management, Invoice Processing, Payment Reconciliation and Expense Management. 
  • Understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, accounts payable procedures and Expense/Purchasing card procedures. 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Three years experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related analytical role.
    ERP Expertise-
  • Strong understanding of ERP system Procure to Pay modules, including features, functionalities and configurations.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, including procurement and accounts payable best practices.
  • Strong ability to analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost savings opportunities.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve issues related to procure to pay processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and address concerns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Exhibits strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Reporting and Analysis - Conducting detailed spend analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings. Preparing and presenting reports on procure to pay metrics and progress to management. Recommending process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations

Data Management - Ensure we maintain accurate procure to pay information within Workday.

Workflow Management � Analyzing and monitoring ERP workflows to streamline the procure to pay process. Participate in testing and other ad hoc projects, including technology and process enhancements

Compliance Management - Ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant regulations regarding procurement and payment processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration - Working with cross-functional teams like accounting, purchasing, accounts payable and operations to address issues and improve process efficiency.
