Responsible for analyzing and optimizing the entire procurement to pay process within the company using the ERP software platform, including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier, invoices, payment, Expense/card transaction data, and ensuring compliance with company policies, all while utilizing ERP features and functionalities to streamline operations and identify areas for process improvement.

Responsibilities:
Reporting and Analysis - Conducting detailed spend analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings. Preparing and presenting reports on procure to pay metrics and progress to management. Recommending process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations
Data Management - Ensure we maintain accurate procure to pay information within Workday.
Workflow Management � Analyzing and monitoring ERP workflows to streamline the procure to pay process. Participate in testing and other ad hoc projects, including technology and process enhancements
Compliance Management - Ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant regulations regarding procurement and payment processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Working with cross-functional teams like accounting, purchasing, accounts payable and operations to address issues and improve process efficiency.
