We are looking for a Supply Chain Procedural Area Specialist. dedicated to a specific clinical procedural area (Operating Suite, Cath Lab, etc.). This role requires an ability to flourish in a demanding fast-paced environment. One must be organized, detail-oriented, and have and have a passion for materials management. Excellent communication skills are a must, as this role routinely engages with clinicians and physicians. This position is accountable for managing assigned inventory areas while processing bill- only vendor requisitions, updating preference cards (if applicable), non-stock requisitions, participating in annual physical prep and counts, and seeking alternative sources and materials when necessary. This individual is expected to monitor supply usage, understand the contracts within area, and be in constant contact with the clinical team for special orders, emergent supplies and supply disruption outages. Supply Chain Procedural Area Specialists are expected to work alone or in a team environment and may be required to manage multiple inventory locations and process case product paperwork at a desk. Ideal candidates will also be able to work extended hours if needed and have experience in building strong working relationships. Come and join our Central Supply team.

Daily communication with clinicians on supply needs
Requisitioning and replenishing inventory
Managing stock levels, rotations, and substitutions
Addressing stock-outs and urgent supply requests
Performing cycle counts and annual inventory coordination
Maintaining order templates, bins, labels, and shelving organization
Tracking and managing expired or obsolete inventory
Epic case lookup and research
Preparing case carts and picking supplies for procedures
Supporting add-on cases and urgent supply needs
Managing specialty carts and high-cost supplies
Reviewing schedules and collaborating with clinical teams on procedural supply requirements
Navigating ERP systems and handheld technologies
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, contracts, and policies
Processing bill-only requisitions and researching pricing/contracts
Interacting with vendors for case paperwork and supply management
Supporting emergency preparedness and hospital response initiatives
Identifying and addressing gaps in inventory processes
Implementing improvements in supply chain technologies
Providing insights to reduce costs, minimize waste, and maintain adequate stock
Attending department meetings and staying updated on innovations
