Presbyterian is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance
Specialist – Infrastructure to support and enhance our enterprise-wide compliance functions. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and advancing our organizational integrity by ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management and implementation of compliance education programs and related policy processes.
Coordinate the annual Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosure, collection, and tracking process.
Assist with updates and revisions to the organization’s Code of Conduct.
Manage vendor credentialing processes to ensure regulatory compliance and internal standards are upheld.
Conduct and manage compliance-related surveys and analyze results to support continuous improvement.
Maintain and update the compliance department’s internal and/or external web pages.
Support various compliance initiatives and special projects as assigned
