Presbyterian is seeking a Manager Clinic I - CD OB/GYN.
The Manager Clinic I will coordinates and manages clinic workflow activities and staff to achieve continuous and optimal patient care. Oversee operational aspects of provider practice to ensure clinical quality and financial viability. Responsible for day-to-day operations of clinic practice within a single department and 30 or less staff FTEs.

Serve as liaison with medical staff to implement policies that optimize workflow, supplies, and space
Supervise clinic staff and operations, including patient flow, scheduling, financial services, and compliance
Manage staff performance, scheduling, onboarding, and HR functions in collaboration with the Director of Practice Operations (DPO) and Human Resources
Lead customer service and continuous quality improvement initiatives; respond to complaints and resolve operational issues
Oversee budget performance, internal controls, and cash management; manage labor and staffing within FTE limits
Promote safe practices and regulatory compliance; monitor clinical bundles and patient safety
Support clinical oversight (if RN), and ensure staff competencies and training standards are met
Analyze operations data, monitor revenue and charge capture accuracy, and implement improvement plans
Foster staff communication, engagement, and a positive work culture
Attend and ensure staff participation in required meetings
