Presbyterian Healthcare is hiring a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer (Remote Eligible) to formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities.

This role provides specialized, professional-level support for complex business objectives, requiring experience in application development, troubleshooting, and multi-environment technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and troubleshoot code, including stored procedures, packages, triggers, and complex queries
Serve as the primary technical resource for implementing and maintaining applications
Provide technical leadership for project implementation and operational support
Support multiple projects simultaneously with a customer-focused approach
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in application development and support across diverse technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce innovative solutions
Technical experience in Facets, HealthRules Payer or other Claims Processing Systems a plus
Superior experience with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, packages, triggers and views for programming, development, and reporting
Experience with ETL processes and the use of an Operational Data Store (ODS)
Experience with EDI transaction sets and knowledge of EDI standards used in healthcare data exchange, such as 834, 835, 820, etc.
Java development skills desired
