The Assistant Nurse Manager, under the direction of the Nursing Director, partners with the RN Manager to plan, implement, and coordinate the operational, financial, and personnel activities of designated unit(s). This role provides both clinical and operational leadership, ensuring hands-on presence in the unit, supporting patient care delivery, and driving positive organizational outcomes.
