Presbyterian is seeking a Supply Tech. In this role, you'll play a vital role in managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical and office supplies. This position involves inspecting shipments, placing and tracking orders via Millennium and internet-based systems, maintaining electronic backorder records, and ensuring timely delivery to user departments. You'll also handle inventory audits, asset balancing, and vendor coordination to keep our supply chain running smoothly. Ideal candidates have experience in medical logistics, materials management, and strong organizational skills to support efficient healthcare operations.

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)
Receives supply requests from OR staff and processes orders using the DBS Millennium warehouse system
Picks inventory items from warehouse stock, confirms selections electronically, and delivers supplies to designated departments
Maintains and distributes all operational forms used by the OR department
Conducts regular inventory checks of user department storage areas using Omnicell systems or departmental order forms
Performs scheduled rounds to adjust and replenish Omnicell supply par levels
Inventories the Material Management warehouse and places electronic orders for stock replenishment
Maintains accurate records of OR supply orders, departmental requests, and inventory reports
Organizes and updates files related to user department orders and warehouse transactions
Receives incoming shipments of materials, supplies, and equipment
Verifies accuracy of deliveries by comparing packing slips with purchase orders and ensures timely delivery to appropriate departments
Enters special orders for office supplies and forms via internet portals or DBS Millennium system
Researches vendor options to identify best pricing, availability, and correct part numbers using phone, internet, or fax
