Overview

Presbyterian is seeking a Manager - Practice Operations!


The Practice Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Area Director in developing and implementing procedures and processes related to functions and operational issues. This may include work plan development, communication to the sites as well as facilitating process improvement.

 

In addition, the Practice Operations Manager will serve as a resource to backfill open positions for key roles related to operations. In that capacity the role will be responsible for organizing and managing the sites relative to the role being covered to accomplish performance and financial objectives for services provided.

Prefer Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare operations management, including process improvement, standardization of workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support teams, including experience with staffing, onboarding, and performance management in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between site staff, providers, and administrative departments.
  • Proven track record of implementing operational procedures and conducting site audits to ensure compliance with established standards and performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or six years directly related experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist with development of procedures, and standardization of referral/authorization process, etc.
  • Assist Area Director with operational and standardization efforts as needed.
  • Serve as liaison between site staff and PHS administrative departments.
  • Maintain a general knowledge of area operations and specific functions related to process improvement efforts.
