Overview

Presbyterian is seeking a Workday HCM and Talent Acquisition Analyst


This role supports the strategic and operational sustainability of Workday (WD) within the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. The ideal candidate will be a full-cycle recruiter with strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills and also serve as a liaison to the HRIS Workday admin team. They will ensure TA processes are optimized, data is accurate, and reporting is actionable.

Ideal Candidate:

A highly skilled and collaborative Workday HCM Talent Acquisition Analyst.  Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum four years work experience supporting HR technology. Three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and TA operations, including sourcing and recruitment marketing. Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting required, with expertise in other technologies such as CRM.

 

  • Workday certification in Recruiting or Reporting.
  • Experience in healthcare or integrated delivery systems.
  • Experience with AI tools or automation in recruiting (e.g., HiredScore, Paradox).
  • Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned Workday modules, ensuring the platform meets evolving business and user needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
  • Three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and TA operations, including sourcing and recruitment marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting required, with expertise in other technologies such as CRM.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems thinking.
  • Experience with data reporting and visualization tools (Excel, Workday dashboards).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Workday Sustainability & HRIS Liaison (50%)
  • Serve as the primary TA liaison to the Workday HRIS team, ensuring recruiting processes align with system capabilities.
  • Partner with HRIS to test, document, and deploy Workday Recruiting updates and enhancements.
  • Monitor and improve recruiting workflows, business processes, and user experience within Workday.
  • Support data integrity, compliance, and reporting needs across TA systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Workday tools (e.g., Discovery Boards, Prism, Calculated Fields).
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in TA systems.
  • Support the TA team in training and process optimization.
  • Talent Acquisition Systems & Reporting (50%)
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with TA team and other stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing plans.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and process transparency.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and diversity outcomes.
  • Support TA system integrations and data flows with external platforms (e.g., job boards, background checks, CRM tools, sourcing agents, etc).
