Presbyterian is seeking a Transformation Program Manager
The Program Manager leads complex, multi-year programs for Presbyterian Member Communications. The Program Manager leads large, cross-functional, matrixed project teams of Presbyterian executives, as well as business, core functions and vendors. Depending on the size and complexity of the implementation, the Program Manager may have one or more Business, Technology, and Vendor Program(s) and/or Project Managers assigned and will be responsible for the overall management for the full lifecycle of the implementation. The Program Manager will follow PMI Program Management guidelines for planning, executing, and monitoring programs, in alignment with Presbyterian methodology and process. The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of the assigned new implementation, including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Close.
Ideal Candidate: Master s Degree. Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP). Ten years of specialist project/program management experience using industry-standard project management tools and techniques. Three years directly managing large, high visibility, complex enterprise-level programs
