Presbyterian is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator who is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in inventory systems and communication. This role manages supplies and equipment, including receiving, ordering, replenishment, and small equipment oversight. Candidates should be comfortable working independently or in teams, managing multiple inventory locations, and building strong relationships. Flexibility for extended hours is preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
Par area replenishment and level management
Stock rotations and supply distribution
ERP system transactions (issues, receiving)
Backorder and stock-out management
Cart stocking (crash/specialty), transportation, and warehousing
Data entry, cycle counts, and annual inventory
Small equipment and asset tracking

Ideal Candidate: 1 year of inventory, warehouse, or customer service experience.
Requisition supplies via ERP system or handheld technology
Deliver products and equipment to designated locations
Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels
Manage and update PAR levels, labels, and product standardization
Issue supplies from warehouse and ensure ERP documentation accuracy
Restock crash and specialty carts promptly and accurately
Process returned supplies and dispose of outdated items per procedure
Troubleshoot backorders, stock-outs, and support recalls and conversions
Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments for delivery
Conduct cycle counts and support annual physical inventory activities
