Join our dynamic rehab team as a Rehab Technician, where you'll play a vital role in supporting patient care and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient therapeutic environment. This position involves assisting licensed therapists, performing delegated patient care tasks, and leading wellness activities. Rehab Tech team members may also perform advanced duties upon completion of required training and competency assessments.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Rehab Department to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Assist physical, occupational, and speech therapists with patient care and departmental operations.
Perform delegated patient care procedures under the supervision of licensed clinicians.
Demonstrate understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan of patients served.
Apply basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and rehabilitation modalities.
Work across diverse settings including inpatient, outpatient, and aquatics.
Independently lead aquatics and wellness classes for community members (CDS only).
Perform advanced technician duties as trained and validated through the Technician Skills List.
