Presbyterian is seeking a Public Policy & Government Relations Manager to coordinate and work closely with the Director of Public Policy and Government Relations in small team dynamic. Oversees the state legislative tracking process and attends state and local-level meetings in consultation with the Director. Major duties include performing research for decision
making, then authoring policy positions for the organization. Strong communication skills, especially writing, are required. The position supports the organizations Government Relations Committee, manages community/philanthropic sponsorship process, and is responsible for planning and overseeing events related to government relations.
Ideal Candidate:
Prefer 5 years experience working in an elected officials office or state or federal agency, non profit.
Education Essential: Bachelor Degree
