Overview

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is hiring a Nurse Manager - Hospital & Acute Care in the Home to assists the Department Director in planning, directing and coordinating the operational, financial and personnel activities of the designated departments. Provides clinical and operational leadership for areas assigned.

 

We are looking for a Hospital & Acute Care at Home Nursing Manager. Presbyterian pioneered one of the nation's first Hospital at Home programs and brings over 17 years of experience providing home-based hospital level care to our communities.   • Job is based at Presbyterian El Camino
  • Work hours: Days / M-F 8-5 PM

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Acute care clinical experience
  • Background in leading home-based care services, including home health, hospice, house calls, or related areas
  • Demonstrated ability to lead an interdisciplinary team
  • Experience collaborating directly with providers, along with advanced professional engagement and communication abilities
  • Background in overseeing hospital operations
  • Ability to drive for work purposes including passing a driving record screening.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse Permit required
  • Academic Preparation: Degree from accredited academic nursing program (If a program is under conditional status, approval may be granted by system CNO)
  • Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 3 years of hire
  • BLS
