This position will lead strategic talent acquisition for clinical functions, including nursing, across the health system, ensuring timely, high-quality hires that support clinical excellence. This role partners closely with nursing leadership and HR stakeholders to forecast workforce needs, build pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or associate with a degree 10 years in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare/nursing.
- 3 years experience managing recruiting teams and working with senior stakeholders.
- ATS experience, with preference for Workday Recruitment
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with nurse residency programs and clinical onboarding.
- Exposure to contingent labor strategies and workforce flexibility.

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for nursing talent, including new graduates, experienced RNs, and specialty roles.
- Lead and coach a team of nursing recruiters; manage performance, productivity, and development.
- Partner with nursing and HR leaders to align recruiting efforts with workforce planning and strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with credentialing, licensure, and onboarding standards.
- Leverage ATS (e.g., Workday) and CRM tools to optimize candidate engagement and hiring outcomes.
- Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction).
- Support event-based recruiting (e.g., career fairs, residency program outreach).
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
