This position will lead talent acquisition for the Support and System Services functions area. This role drives strategic hiring initiatives, partners with functional leaders, and ensures a seamless, tech-enabled candidate experience across diverse disciplines.

Mimimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or associate with a degree 10 years in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience across corporate or operational functions.
- 3 years of experience managing recruiting teams and working with senior stakeholders.
- ATS experience, with preference for Workday Recruitment.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to shared services or integrated health system environments.
- Familiarity with workforce forecasting and talent market insights.

- Participate in offer negotiation and resource allocation planning.
