Presbyterian is seeking a Policy & Procedure Writer that will collaborate with departments to maintain the policy management process including assistance with authoring and updating policies, procedures, processes, job aids, work instructions, and both hard copy and digital forms. Serves to support the PHS Policy and Procedure Approval Committee, and as a liaison between PHS departments and Regulatory Assurance/Legal and Compliance departments to ensure regulatory compliance of PHS policies. Provides action-oriented reporting/scorecard on policies and procedures for various PHS leadership committees and produces the materials for the PHS Policy and Procedure Approval Committee. Monitors and partners with departments to ensure adherence to PHS process writing standards while maintaining alignment to process workflows when applicable. Maintains the library of policy and procedure tools and templates via the policy management platform
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelors degree in Communications/Business/Professional Writing or related field and two (2) to five (5) years technical writing and preferably experience with policy management.
