The Long-Term Services and Supports Workforce Executive position is essential to Presbyterian Health Plan accomplishing two high-priority objectives:
Presbyterian Health Plans Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) provider community, particularly the direct care workers and home and community-based service (HCBS) providers. This position will work directly with Presbyterians LTSS provider network to ensure adequate workforce capacity of caregivers to serve members in their setting of choice.

Summary:
Presbyterian is hiring a Wound Treatment Associate for the Wound Clinic at Presbyterian. The Wound Treatment Associate provides primary support to the provider by proactively anticipating the provider needs, preparing the patient for the visit using established patient preparation guidelines, maintaining efficient patient flow, and assisting the provider with treatments and procedures. Performs procedures with completed and documented competency within the PHS policy and under the supervision of a provider. Provides support for clerical functions to include scheduling, referrals, arriving patients for appointments, transcribing order, editing referrals, and linking referrals, HAR building and prior authorizations. Performs activities to maintain a clean, stocked, safe, and well-organized patient care environment. Provides in-basket support with the EMR. This position reports to the Clinic Manager.
